In the mood for something new? We recently tapped English Sporting Beer from Midwest Coast Brewing Co., and we can’t get enough of it. Here’s how the brewer describes it on Untappd:
The British ESB (Extra Special Bitter) is a staple in the pub culture in England. A traditional style, English Sporting Beer has a nice malt backbone that balances well with earthy, herbal, and slightly fruity English hops. This beer is about putting our differences from 1776 and 1812 behind us, and hoisting pints with your mates.”
Laughs at Lakeview
Laughs at Lakeview is back with some of the best comics that Chicago has to offer. Come grab a beer and enjoy an amazing standup show this Thursday at 7 pm.
Who you ask? Follow the Laughs at Lakeview Instagram account for weekly updates on who’ll be passing out laughs each Thursday.
Tickets are $5 at the door and the show is 21+. Seats fill up fast, so be sure to snag a spot early.

Brushes and Brews
Brushes and Brews is back this Tuesday night from 6 – 8 pm. Come on in and paint a beautiful scenic fall design with our hostess Jaime Elaine Designs. (And don’t forget to grab a tasty brew while you’re at it.)

Tickets are $30 each with advance sign-up, and painting supplies are provided. Spots are limited, so sign up in advance by filling out the Brushes and Brews signup form. After you do, Jaime will reply & get you setup.
