New On Tap this Friday: Van Van Mojo from ERIS
Smack in the middle of Women’s History Month—and during the week that kicked off with Women’s Day—it seems like the perfect moment to tap a tasty cider from an amazing women-owned Chicago business: ERIS Brewery and Cider House.
The brewery’s name was inspired by Eris, a Greek goddess notorious for causing mayhem. Eris threw a golden apple of discord into a party she wasn’t invited to, creating a chaotic scene as every goddess in attendance scrambled for its beauty.
And ERIS Brewery and Cider House has thrown an apple into the Chicago brew scene as well, making a scramble-worthy splash with a slew of delicious hard ciders that make a big impression.
This Friday, we’ll be tapping ERIS’s Van Van Mojo, a tasty blueberry cider dry-hopped with Mosiac.

Open Mic Comedy Night on Monday
In need of a Monday night shake up? We’ve got you covered.
The Lakeview Taproom will now be open every Monday night from 4 – 10 pm!
That’s right, another weeknight to join us and kick back with some refreshing brews.
To celebrate our new opening day, we’re hosting an open mic comedy night this Monday from 6 – 9 pm, with sign-ups opening at 5 pm.
The jokes might be cringe-worthy, or they might be awesome, but either way, laughs will be easy to come by. Don’t miss this chance to chase away your Monday blues—and try your hand at standup.
